Never did I ever…

Now it’s my protein-powered morning brew that helps fuel my muscles, supports my brain, and keeps my gut bugs happy.

2ļøāƒ£ Think I could ditch the sugar, stop binge eating those CFA chocolate chip cookies, and actually lose the food noise… until I did.
Now I fuel my body 4 times a day with adequate protein and plenty of plant foods… and the food noise, sugar obsession, and binge cycle are gone.

3ļøāƒ£ Think I’d be the girl who exercises on purpose šŸ˜…ā€¦ until I did.
Now I’m doing workouts three mornings a week — not to punish my body, but because I want to be strong and capable for my future 90-year-old self.

Honestly, some of the things that changed my life were things I once thought would never be ā€œme.ā€

A full workout… start to finish.

Not broken up.
Not ā€œa little here, a little there.ā€
Just me showing up and staying.

And I followed it with protein—
not because I had to…
but because I’m learning how to actually take care of my body.

Not all at once.
Not perfectly.
And definitely not by starting over every Monday.

For a long time, I lived in that cycle—
trying, stopping, restarting… thinking I needed a better plan or more discipline.

I spent years bouncing between diets…

Doing really well for a while
…then gaining it back
…then starting over again

I honestly thought my body just had a place it would always return to.

Like no matter what I did, this was just where I’d end up.

That belief will wear you down.

Because it makes you feel like the effort doesn’t even matter.

But here’s what I know now—

I wasn’t stuck.
I just didn’t have a rhythm my body could actually respond to.

I’m currently down 68 pounds.
Over 30 pounds below what I used to think was my ā€œnormal.ā€

And I’m still trending down.

Not from extremes.
Not from cutting everything out.
Not from chasing the next plan.

Just from building meals that support my body:
→ protein anchored
→ consistent fuelings
→ simple, repeatable structure

Right now my trend is about 1 lb/week.

It’s not fast.
It’s not flashy.

But it’s steady—and it’s working.

And for the first time…
it actually feels peaceful.
