Donna Lee Smith, 80, of Atlantic, Iowa, passed away, Tuesday, January 13, 2026, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.

Donna is survived by her three daughters, Michelle (Duane) Peltz of Waseca, Minnesota, Sonja Smith of Atlantic and Christina Smith Larney of Charleston, South Carolina; five grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

The family of Donna Lee Smith will be hosting a Memorial Bench Dedication on Sunday, June 28, 1:30 p.m., at Botna Bend Park, 42926 Mahogany Road, Hancock, Iowa, followed by a Celebration of Life and Ice-Cream Social from 2-4 p.m., at The Clubhouse, 714 N Hwy Street, Oakland, Iowa (on Highway 6, about six miles from Botna Bend Park.)

Virginia Adell Crozier, 97, longtime rural Adair resident, passed away May 22, 2026, at Cass Health in Atlantic. Virginia loved farm life and remained on the farm she cherished until her passing.
