BOC Making A Difference, Inc. BOC Making A Difference, Inc is a community outreach organization that aims to build stronger families by helping to build stronger individuals.

They say, “Be the change that you want to see.” Well that’s what we are striving to do. BOC Making A Difference can only achieve its goals with the assistance of generous donations and sponsorships from local businesses and members of our community. Without these donations, serving those in our area would not be possible. We are here to provide assistance to the needy families and individuals in

our community who go without proper food, shelter, and essential medical care every day due to a variety of factors including low wages, job loss, injuries, illness, age, domestic violence, or divorce. While all of us are susceptible to hard times, children and the elderly are at highest risk. We aim to work toward a brighter future with programs in public assistance support, youth services, job training, education, counseling, elderly and veterans’ assistance, and nutritional support.

Big thanks to the BOC MAD Sr Appreciation Day planning committee and all the vendors, supporters, volunteers, and organizations that made this year possible! They had free bait for fishing and high school student volunteers from Crossroad Academy in Quincy, FL, to cater to them and wait on their beck and call! They had so many door prizes, skins, hoghead cheese, fried fish, BBQ chicken, c**n, chicken feet and rice, smoked chicken, smoked hog, collard greens, green beans, yellow rice, baked beans, potato salad, italian cream cake, coconut cake, apple pie, peach cobbler, bread PuddCobbler, tea cakes, cookies, just everything lol! The oldest senior in attendance (96) and the second-oldest (94) were given awards.

Big thanks to the BOC MAD Sr Appreciation Day planning committee and all the vendors, supporters, volunteers, and organizations that made this year possible! It's almost here!! Donations (food, $$$ or supplies) and mentors are still needed. This event is next Saturday, 730am-5pm. Whether you choose to come for a few hrs or help out all day- we'd love to have you there!
