Orthopedic Spine & Sports Therapy is growing, and we're looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented professional to join our team!
If you enjoy helping patients, thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment, and have experience with physical therapy billing and front office operations, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
✅ Welcome and assist patients with exceptional customer service
✅ Schedule appointments and manage patient check-in/check-out
✅ Verify insurance benefits and obtain authorizations
✅ Process physical therapy claims, payments, and collections
✅ Maintain accurate patient records and demographics
✅ Work closely with therapists and administrative staff to ensure a seamless patient experience
Qualifications:
✔ Minimum 1 year of outpatient physical therapy billing experience required
✔ Front desk/customer service experience in a medical office preferred
✔ Knowledge of insurance verification, authorizations, and claim submission
✔ Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills
✔ Ability to multitask while providing outstanding patient care
