Construction began shortly after, on an over 5,000 square foot facility to include a medical spa with his expanding medical practice. Our facility is a short drive from Sacramento and Roseville, as well as breathtaking Lake Tahoe. When creating the plans for the practice, Dr. Freed had a desire to have an operating room, which would allow him to perform cosmetic procedures in his facility, rather than a local hospital. It turned out to be a wonderful decision both for Dr. Freed and our patients. We have an accredited surgery center that allows us to perform cosmetic procedures such as breast augmentation, breast lift, tummy tuck, facelift, and liposuction. Each year we have received a perfect score from the accrediting body, which has helped our patients feel assured that our staff is held to the highest standards while providing excellent care in a safe and confidential environment. Some of the other less invasive procedures can be performed in the office setting under local anesthesia such as mini facelift, eyelid surgery and small liposuction procedures. Breast reconstruction involves several procedures performed in stages which can either begin at the time of mastectomy or may be delayed until a later date. Dr. Freed works closely with general surgeons and performs weekly breast reconstruction surgeries at Sutter Roseville Hospital as well as Sutter Auburn Faith Hospital.
