Meet Jen, the friendly face waiting to greet you in the studio on Sunday mornings. 🤗 Jen has been a certified Pilates instructor for over 20 years, but yoga is her first love. Her favorite yoga and Pilates poses/exercises are inversions… she’s loved being upside down since she was small.🐒 Fun fact: Jen is Vera B. Drasana’s personal poser/stylist. 🤭 Come flow Sunday AM and say hello!

Our Saturday morning yogis took some time after class to try some new poses, and use props in a new way. Attempting brand new poses in a safe space helps our yogis to grow their practice!
