Village Nectar is a six-day retreat experience held in Southern Portugal, designed for those seeking a more intentional pace and a deeper connection to themselves and others.

I’ve been thinking about how easily
we drift away from ourselves.
How quickly we move from one thing to the next,
rarely pausing long enough
to feel where we actually are.

And yet, the body is always here.
The breath is always here.
Waiting patiently for us to return.

This weekend is a space to slow just enough to notice—
to reconnect with your own rhythm,
to explore movement and stillness,
and to remember what it feels like
to be fully in your body again.

Yoga arrived in my life at the exact moment I needed it, and has been by my side since my first full practice.

The first time someone taught me to meditate, I remember thinking "wow, this is something that can never be taken away from me, this place inside will always be here no matter what happens"

It's been a wild ride, this yoga life. I wouldn't trade it for the world. 🌎 And this new beginning has me reflecting on how I got here.

Do you remember how your journey started? Would love to hear! Or maybe you are at the beginning of your yoga path or teaching path--to you I say, keep going! It only gets better.

I'm so glad we're here for it together, can't wait to see you on the mat somewhere sometime soon 🙏
