Your CPAP might be working — but are the settings actually right for you?
CPAP therapy isn’t always as simple as putting on the mask and going to sleep. Pressure settings that are too high or too low can affect comfort, sleep quality, and how effectively your airway stays open throughout the night.
If you’re still waking up tired, fighting with your mask, dealing with dry mouth, or struggling to tolerate your CPAP, it may be worth taking another look at your therapy — not just assuming CPAP “doesn’t work” for you.
The goal isn’t just to wear the machine. It’s to get better sleep and better breathing.
