The Relateful Company We help you build great relationships. Go from always longing for more to being peace with whatever

When we’re being relateful we’re not just growing personally—we’re making an ethical commitment to create a more compassionate world. We’re becoming evolution’s heart ❤️, opening to ever-more loving even in the face of unfathomable pain. We’re becoming awareness’s courage to speak the truth 🎤, especially when it challenges the foundations of who we think we are. With The Relateful Company we’re practicing the society we want to see at large: full of imperfection, yet generous with praise, support, compassion and honesty. We’re building the personal and social capacity to look at ourselves and see the unseen (and therefore not let what hides in these shadows destroy us); to admit and redress our mistakes (and therefore stop never-ending cycles of 'justified' violence); to synthesize conservatism and liberalism (and therefore curb the temptation of self-righteousness) and generate more well-being for all. We’re training the kind of leadership that can hold our own reactivity and see it as just that. 🦎 We’re growing our grace in saying ‘NO’ 🙅 to what doesn’t align with goodness. We’re becoming God’s eyes 👁, seeing that we’re always seeing ourselves in the mirror—especially those 'others' which we can't stand—and surrendering to the complexity of 7 billion of us doing this in tandem. And we use abundant emojis, gifs and humor. 😂

We’re here for those of you who aren’t called into this too—supporting your simple enjoyment of being alive. Being human, imperfect, challenged, all of it. 🤩 As far as I’m concerned, this is what it’s all for. This moment now; being able to breathe and move forward with purpose and meaning into the freshness of each new now with gratitude. With 250+ sessions a month, ~10 sessions a day, 60+ hours of instructional material, and two dozen of the world's best facilitators, this is a place to supercharge your developmental journey in presence, cleaning up your shadow, and interpersonal intelligence. It's also a place where you'll learn to embrace a fuller, wholer version of you. Common outcomes:

• Feeling radically alive
• Exploring depths you never knew existed
• Feeling the perfection, beauty, and innocence of every moment
• Radical self expression
• Strong leadership even in the face of difficult personal and relational challenges
• Developmental changes in “how” you see the
• world and yourself, not just “what” you can do
• A deeper embrace of reality and all there is
• Witness capacity
• State changes similar to years of meditation practice or even drugs
• Deeper intimacy with being

Curious about a session, but stuck on "what if I do it wrong?"

The sessions are a practice of noticing what’s happening in you and between you and the people around you, right now. There’s room to get things wrong, notice what happened, and experiment again. Facilitators model the practice rather than handing out rules to follow.

Some people want more structure to feel okay. Others want room to be loose and messy. Facilitators hold both, being with what it’s like either way.

In that sense, the sessions can be a practice space for real life, where there may be more structure or more messiness than we would have chosen.

So the version of you that shows up unsure and awkward is already doing Relatefulness.

Many therapists and coaches are taught to stay neutral.

To observe.

To listen carefully.

To avoid bringing too much of themselves into the room.

The Relateful Coaching Training offers another possibility.

One facilitator described it this way: instead of stepping back, we get to step in. We learn to trust what arises in us while we're with a client... not as the answer, but as something to offer gently and explore together.

Maybe it's a feeling.

An intuition.

A seemingly unrelated image or memory.

Or simply noticing what's happening in the relationship itself.

We don't cling to it or insist it's right. We offer it in service of the client, and if it doesn't resonate, we let it go and keep listening.

For many therapists, coaches, and others in the healing professions, this is a profound shift.

Not because they leave their training behind.

But because they discover they don't have to leave their personhood behind.

If you're curious about a coaching approach that welcomes your full humanity while remaining deeply in service of your client, we'd love to talk.

What if the coach benefits too?

Relateful Coaching isn’t about selfless giving or standing outside the relationship. The coach’s inner experience is part of the session, and the relationship between coach and coachee is at the heart of the work.

The two people agree to play different roles, but the benefit doesn’t flow in only one direction. Both get to benefit from what they create together.

You’ve learned to really listen. To stay present. To be with someone without immediately trying to fix them.

What could you build on that foundation?

Whether those skills developed through therapeutic work, Level Up, Circling, or another training, Relateful Coaching Training could be a place to take them further.

In this clip, we talk about what we look for in people joining the course: the capacity to listen and genuinely be with another person. There’s more than one path to developing that.

You don’t have to have trained with us before. If you’re curious whether your experience is a fit, let’s talk.

"It's not about having all the answers."

One participant described learning to trust their intuition.

Another described trusting the client's wisdom.

Another talked about letting go of fixing people.

Different stories.
The same thread.

Great coaching isn't built on having all the answers.

It's built on presence.

Curiosity.

Trust.

And the willingness to keep learning.

Those qualities aren't learned overnight.

They're developed through practice.

That's why the Relateful Coaching Training includes coaching, feedback, reflection, and learning in community.

Are you a therapist or facilitator? Do you already have Relateful skills or Circling experience in your toolbelt?

This training isn’t for everyone. It’s for people ready for the next level of relational practice, where you’re not just facilitating from the outside, but are part of the relationship yourself: with your clients, with yourself, and with your own life.

It also offers practical tools for working with the burnout so many therapists and facilitators carry, so caring deeply doesn’t have to cost you so much.

The next Relateful Coaching Training begins September 14, 2026. Applications close September 7.

Level Up graduates: you’re automatically accepted.

Haven’t completed Level Up but have strong relational experience? Schedule a free 30-minute conversation to explore whether it’s a fit.
