Hey ladies!🌸
Come celebrate the Spring Equinox with us tomorrow with a grounding hike + women’s song circle to welcome the new season, set intentions, move our bodies and raise our voices together!🌻

Join us in gathering to honor the Spring Equinox — when day and night come into balance and the earth begins to bloom again. This is a time to reflect on our own inner rhythms, to notice what is taking root in our lives and to gently welcome what is ready to grow. We’ll begin with a mindful hike...

Anyone else feel they are in a retraction phase?
To understand what retraction is we must first understand what expansion is. Some liken it to breathing in new energy & breathing out old energy. We are all intertwined with the rhythms & cycles of the universe & the world within ourselves. Expansion happens when seeds of change take root & begin to bloom creating an abundance of growth & fruitful new realities. Energy & creativity flows & we feel a sense of alignment with our divine self. For expansion to be possible periods of retraction are vital as they bring forth old or sometimes stagnant energy or emotions living below the surface in our subconscious. Retraction allows our growth to be integrated by creating space to go deep within & confront parts of ourselves we may not have been ready or had the tools or capacity to fully feel, heal, hold & transmute before. Sometimes retraction can feel heavy, dense & confusing to navigate but trust, stay open & lean into the discomfort because there is gold here in the dark.

Just as a flower must first have a stem before it can bloom. We too must have a foundation built on love, trust & respect for ourselves before we can thrive. 🌻

Have you experienced cupping? Cupping is an ancient therapy that has resurged in popularity for its healing benefits. Cupping utilizes suction to pull blood through muscle tissue helping to alleviate adhesion & tension. When combined with massage, cupping can help break up problem areas & chronic tightness allowing for greater mobility & tension relief. I'm offering a free cupping add-on to any massage booked this week! Contact me for rates or check out my website. 💓 www.thenurturingheart.com
