CEO: Pull-Revolution that has helped thousands of women get their first pull-up at 35+ and redefine whats possible. Angela Gargano is a fierce athlete, coach, international fitness model, and speaker. Before becoming a full-time multi-passionate entrepreneur, Angela worked as a biochemist at Brown University. Since throwing in the lab coat and goggles in 2013 to open her own gym in Cranston, Rhod

e Island, Angela has truly lived multiple lives in the athletic and entrepreneurial space, defying odds and setbacks to become an authentic and relatable voice to the public eye. Angela has now competed on American Ninja Warrior 5x, won the Title of Miss Fitness America 2016, and created an online fitness empire for women called Strong Feels Good, where she teaches women to ditch the scale and focus on strength and feeling as a way to measure progress. She has also helped over 500 women conquer their pull-ups with her online program, Pull-up Revolution. In summer 2021, Angela appeared all over the world as the Oxygen Magazine Covergirl, where she spoke about tearing her ACL on the Ninja Warrior course and coming back 11 months later stronger than ever. Angela is a huge advocate for speaking about body image, as she was made fun of growing up for her “manly” arms and build. She would hide in a sweatshirt daily at school to avoid being made fun of, and was rejected by many fitness modeling agencies. But this didn't stop Angela from now having 3 magazine covers and becoming an international fitness model in some of the world's biggest publications: Women’s Health, Shape, Strong Fitness Magazine, and Popsugar Fitness. Angela is strong, both mentally and physically, and she teaches you to love the body you are in. With Angela, there is fun and smiles, and there is grit, determination, and sweat. She is easy to understand and great to work with. Angela’s mission is to revolutionize the way people feel about their bodies through identifying their inner strength and embracing the powerful body and mind that they have been gifted. To continue to expand the Strong Feels Good Community, speak at large events to spread her message and work with conscious, authentic brands who feel the same - the ones who truly want to help and impact the lives of their end consumer.

There’s been so much reflection this past weekend after a long stretch of speaking gigs — Virginia to start, then Asheville to spend time with close friends, then Houston for another event.

And honestly… it’s crazy how fast life moves.

My friends are married, have kids, or are stepping into this whole new chapter of life — and it’s wild because I can remember so clearly the conversations we used to have years ago about the things they were hoping for back then… and now they’re living them.

What’s even crazier is we all still feel young. We still have the same energy, the same laughs, the same inside jokes. But somehow time kept moving anyway.

And if I’m being real, there’s a part of me that sometimes feels like a late bloomer when it comes to some of those things.

But at the same time… I also know the path I took gave me lessons I wouldn’t trade.
The risks.
The reinventions.
The heartbreaks.
The stages.
The relationships I’ve built.
The people I’ve impacted.
The versions of myself I had to become along the way.

None of it was wasted time.

I think life just unfolds differently for everyone. Some people build families first. Some build careers first. Some spend years becoming the person they needed to become before they’re ready for the next chapter.

And maybe that’s okay.

Because when I really sit with it… I’m genuinely grateful for it all.

Still riding the high from yesterday… 🥹

Thank you, , for the standing ovation and for welcoming me so warmly. What an incredible day it was! 🥳

It was truly an honor to be part of your event and connect with so many of you before and after the keynote. We talked all about navigating the “Hallway in Between” using my Be the FIRST mindset—especially while leading and growing in a male-dominated industry like HVACR.

What made this event even more special was seeing the conversations continue after the keynote. The attendees broke off into small leadership circles and created vision boards together, which was such a powerful way to turn inspiration into action.

I also had the opportunity to create a customized visualization experience specifically for this event to make the message even more immersive and impactful—and seeing how deeply it resonated meant the world to me.

And how cool is this?! 🎨
Check out the incredible live artwork created during the talk!

Huge shoutout to Deia from for this amazing partnership. Deia has believed in me from day one, continues to champion my work, and is always recommending me for opportunities. I’m so grateful and was beyond excited to go all in to create an unforgettable experience for her client.

Grateful for another amazing speaking event! This week, I had the honor of being the opening keynote speaker at the Agent of Hope Awards for 🙌🏻🥳

I shared my story of resilience and my journey through “The Hallway in Between,” using personal stories, 3 key mindset shifts, and 5 Hallway Keys.

I also got to sign autographs and connect with so many incredible attendees afterward ❤️🥹

So grateful to do this work.

What if the reason you have been struggling to focus lately is not your schedule, your workload, or your habits but a conversation you keep putting off?
Most people think avoiding a hard conversation saves them energy. And on the surface it feels like it does. No awkwardness, no discomfort, no risk.
But your brain does not close that tab.

It keeps it open. Running in the background. Rehearsing what you would say, replaying how you feel, imagining every way it could go wrong. And every time you are around that person, you are walking on eggshells without even realizing how much that is costing you.

That mental load is not free. It is quietly draining the energy you could be spending on your work, your relationships, your actual life.
You are already paying the price of that conversation. You are just not getting anything back for it yet.

So have it. Say the thing. Close the tab.

What so many people don’t tell you is that being an entrepreneur isn’t as glamorous as it looks.

It’s so damn rewarding and I wouldn’t have it any other way.But if you want to fast-track your personal development journey… run a company. Step into leadership. Get into sales. 😂

All of it will stretch you.

Because in these roles, it can feel like punches are constantly being thrown your way. It’s a rollercoaster.
One day you’re riding high, everything is clicking.
The next day, things fall through the cracks, plans shift, and you’re forced to pivot…again.

And what I’ve really been leaning into—especially while writing The Hallway in Between—is how to stay steady through it all.

How to not get too high on the highs…or too low in the lows…and instead respond like: “It’s just another day in the office.”

Because:A bad day doesn’t define you and it doesn’t mean everything is falling apart. A great day isn’t the finish line either.

It’s all part of the same journey ups, downs, pivots, growth.

Right now, the company I’ve built over the past decade is taking off.

My speaking career is growing.
I’m on stage every week.
I’m writing my book.
I’ve brought on new team members.

And with rapid growth comes a new reality:
New levels → new problems → new solutions.

One of the biggest shifts I’ve made recently is hiring A-players.

Not just to “help,” but to lead.To own their roles.
To elevate alongside the company.

Because the goal isn’t to do everything myself it’s to build something that runs with me, not on me.

And honestly, I feel grateful for these growing pains.
I get to empower my team.
Create opportunities.
Build something bigger than just me.

Which also allows me to step deeper into what I love most speaking, creating, and being the visionary behind it all.

Anyway… just felt like sharing this today.

I usually write a weekly Substack, but lately I’ve been deep in the work behind the scenes—and this is what’s been on my mind.

If you’re in a season of growth right now, just know: the highs and lows? They’re part of it.

Keep going.

Wow… what an incredible experience speaking to the amazing team at Natixis Investment Managers today!

The theme: “The Corporate Athlete: Resilience, Discipline, and Teamwork for Excellence at Work.”
And honestly… they embodied every part of it.

I had the honor of closing out the day with my signature keynote, Be the FIRST, bringing everything full circle by diving into how to navigate “The Hallway in Between.”

That messy middle…
The moments where things are shifting, uncertain, and uncomfortable.

Because that’s where people tend to stall.
But it’s also where growth actually happens.

We talked about how to move through that space with:
✨ Courage over certainty
✨ Consistency over perfection
✨ Conviction over confidence

And I shared the 5 Hallway Keys to Be the FIRST a framework I’ve used as a 6x Ninja Warrior, with my team, and with thousands of others to take action before they feel ready.

Because whether it’s:
– Sending the bold email
– Starting a new health habit
– Pitching the idea you can’t stop thinking about

Those moments don’t require perfection… they require a first step.

And one of my favorite parts?
Connecting with audience members whose kids are already stepping into their own courage training in Ninja 🥹🙌 Had to give them a shoutout!

Grateful for the energy, the engagement, and a room full of people willing to go FIRST.

Thank you to , CMM & for an incredible partnership!

Next up, Virginia, Houston, LA 🥳
