Pregnancy, birth, and postpartum are such personal seasons. The things you share with me — your fears, your medical details, your birth plans, your emotions — are treated with complete confidentiality and respect.

Although doulas aren’t medical providers, I take HIPAA privacy standards very seriously. I do not share your personal or medical information with anyone without your clear permission. I don’t discuss clients casually. And I never post photos, birth stories, or announcements without written consent.

Your story is yours. Period.

When you hire me, you’re inviting me into one of the most sacred moments of your life. I honor that with professionalism, discretion, and care.

Meet Tiara Monay – Doula & Community Health Advocate

Hi, I’m Tiara Monay – a mother, doula, and certified community health worker with a deep-rooted passion for serving others. From a young age, I’ve always been drawn to caring for people, offering support, and standing as a source of strength during life’s most transformative moments.

Becoming a mother myself opened my eyes to the powerful, sacred experience of childbirth—and also the need for compassionate, informed, and culturally sensitive support. That journey led me to pursue birth work professionally, combining my love for advocacy and community care into a purpose-driven path as a birth and postpartum doula.

Through Crowned Births, I offer holistic, heart-centered support for families through pregnancy, labor, and the tender postpartum period. My mission is to empower birthing individuals with knowledge, encouragement, and presence—so they feel confident, heard, and truly crowned in their birth experience.

As a community health worker, I also focus on bridging gaps in access, education, and equity—especially for Black and Brown families who deserve to feel safe and supported every step of the way.

Whether you’re preparing for your first birth or building your village again, I’m here to walk with you—offering evidence-based care, emotional support, and a judgment-free space to thrive.
