Most people get half of what they need. Goal: 25–35 grams/day from veggies, chia, flax, oats, beans. Add slowly and drink water so your gut orchestra plays in tune. 🎶🧫

Estrogen metabolism is a two-stop trip through the liver.

Phase I transforms used estrogen into metabolites; Phase II sends them out via bile and stool. If you’re constipated or nutrient-deficient, those metabolites can “back up,” causing PMS, mood shifts, or weight gain.

Keep the train on track with cruciferous veggies (broccoli, kale), B-complex vitamins, magnesium, and plenty of fiber. 🚉💃
