Hormones are dangerous. Hormones are the answer.
Peptides are a miracle. Peptides are unregulated.
The shot is a shortcut. The shot saved her life.

Every one of those was a headline this year. You read all of them.

I said this out loud to a physician in our room last Wednesday:

"We don't want to be managed by these snippets that are just out in the news — like it's always bad or it's always good."

She answered in 7 words. "Nothing is black and white like that."

The headlines are not written to inform you. They are written to be clicked, and then to sell you whatever sits underneath. So you swing — on for six months, off for a year, on again — and you never find out what any of it was doing.

What works is a room where you ask a real expert a real question and get the answer with the nuance left in.

Wednesday October 14, noon CT.
Peptides and GLPs with Dr. Brynna Connor.
Register, send your question, and the recording comes to you.

Optimizing is for marketing. Forward is for YOU.

A live hour with a physician who answers straight. Wednesday 14 October, 12–1pm CT. Attend as my guest.

"Your scalp is about four months behind your life."

A woman in our Round Table asked Dr. Brynna Connor the question she'd been carrying for months: is the GLP taking my hair?

Her answer:
"It's responding to something that happened four to six months ago."
So the hair coming out now isn't about this week.

It's about a season you've already lived through.

It also isn't the shot.
It's the weight coming off — a different problem with a different answer.

That's what an hour with a doctor who answers straight gets you.

Not more information. One thing to act on.

She's back Wednesday 14 October, 12–1pm CT. Peptides and GLPs this time.

"Progesterone helps us go to sleep; estrogen helps us stay asleep.... it's estrogen deficiency in your brain that wakes you up."

That's Dr. Brynna Connor, answering a question one of our women sent in before the room opened.

That's what a TeamQueen Round Table is: a room of women asking an expert the things they've been asking their phone at nine o'clock at night.

So they can take ACTION. Not just gather information.

The next one is coming October 14 - Peptides.

"Submit your questions" coming soon.

A woman registered for our hormone Q&A this week and wrote this in the question box:

"Gut issues related to perimenopause, is that a thing? What labs are best? Are injections better than creams? What really helps reversing skin changes?"

4 questions. One box.

That's not confusion. That's what happens when you've been carrying questions long enough that they stack.

Another one wrote: my labs came back low, I'm tired and foggy, and my doctor brushed it off. So I don't know what to think.

She has plenty of information. Nobody has answered her.

What's the one you've stopped bothering to ask

"1% better every day" is not real.

It isn't linear. It isn't guaranteed. The number is doing all the work in that sentence.

What's true: something every day, toward the thing you actually want. That's what delivers results.

If you read that and thought "I know — I can't get it to happen with my body," you're not short on information. You have plenty. You're short on conditions, and on women who expect you.

Come with one question. A real one.

Not “what should I know about hormones.” That gets you a paragraph you could have read anywhere.

Bring the one pestering your mind. I’ve been waking at 3am for a year and my labs came back normal. I’ve been on this six months and nothing’s different — now what?

That question doesn’t fit in a fifteen-minute appointment. It fits here.

Dr. Brynna Connor, MD. Wednesday 16 September, noon CT. Live, recorded if you can’t be there.

"That's normal for your age."

If a doctor has said that to you, you know exactly what it does.
The appointment ends.
Nothing changes.
You go home with the question you walked in with.

That's not aging. That's a system change

On Wednesday, September 16, Brynna Connor, MD,
Board-certified family medicine.
Seventeen years in Austin. Named one of Austin's Top Doctors.
She is also my own physician, which is the strongest recommendation I have.

What she'll take on: hormones, and what changes. HRT — what it is, who it's for, what the evidence supports. How long before you feel something, and how to tell whether it's working. Energy, sleep, libido, muscle, mood — what's hormonal and what isn't. Plus what to bring to your own doctor so you're taken seriously.

Here's the part worth saying out loud.
TeamQueen runs on Action over Information.
So it's built as a Q&A, not a lecture.
You bring the question you didn't get to ask in a fifteen-minute appointment.
You leave with something you can do on Monday.

Wednesday, September 16, 12–1pm CT. Live on Zoom, and recorded.
Add your question when you register and I'll send it to her ahead of time.

Attend as my guest. Forward it to a woman who has been told "you're fine, that's just aging."
What would you ask, if you had the hour?
