With intentional experiences, each workshop has its own designed focus. The breathwork, meditation, movement & social activity all align with the focus of the workshop theme.

true story…the day I accidentally bought a tree

Call it over thinking - because that’s what it is - but I truly was stuck in my own beliefs until one day I made a decision and went for it.

A tree is not a major life decision of course, but what it represented for me was an action that led to another action which ultimately helped build upon my resilience and added to other aspects of my life.

For me, when I think of building resilience, it isn’t something that necessarily has a map for everyone to follow. But it could be in those moments when we choose to take action to shift from our norm and trust ourselves, for ourselves, that’s where the magic happens.

So maybe it’s not a tree for you, but if it is a tree or a plant - is the most fabulous place to visit!

Let’s practice building resilience together on May 15th at River Plant Co. We will move, breathe, meditate & pot a plant in an intimate gathering.
