Let’s talk about Shamanic Reiki.
You may have noticed it becoming a bigger part of my work lately, so I wanted to share what it means to me.
Shamanic Reiki is a beautiful fusion of Reiki energy and shamanic practices, adding another layer to my work with Reiki, crystals, chakras and energy healing.
At the heart of Shamanic Reiki are several foundational pillars:
🌿 Animism: connecting with the energy and spirit within nature and the world around us.
✨ Shamanic Consciousness: opening to a different way of experiencing, connecting and receiving wisdom.
🥁 Shamanic Journeys & the Three Realms: exploring beyond our ordinary awareness to connect with guidance and deeper wisdom.
🐾 Spirit Helpers: working with power animals and spiritual teachers for guidance and support.
🎶 Vibrational Healing: using sound, drumming and power songs to shift and move energy.
🧭 The Four Directions & Medicine Wheel: connecting with the unique energy, teachings and wisdom of each direction.
🌎 Vision Quests & Pilgrimages: intentionally stepping away from the everyday and into nature or sacred spaces to seek clarity, connection, guidance or a deeper understanding of yourself.
💫 Soul Retrieval: reconnecting with parts of ourselves that may have become disconnected along the way.
And this is where it gets really beautiful for me.
Shamanic Reiki doesn’t replace the work I already do. It adds another layer to it. It gives me another way to weave together Reiki, crystals, chakras, energy, nature and Spirit in a way that feels both powerful and deeply connected.
Over the next few weeks, I’m going to take these pillars one at a time and share a little more about what they mean, how they work, and how they show up in my Shamanic Reiki practice.
