Still basking in all the gratitude from this past year to all those that showed up on October 1st for our one year anniversary 💕

I’m so beyond grateful 🥹 Thank you for the support. For coming in, for telling your friends, for the google reviews, for buying packages, for buying gift cards, for liking and sharing posts. All of the little things and big things matter and mean the world to me (to us) and we’re grateful.

Thank you 🫶🏼

What's a question you've always wanted to ask about Reiki but never have?

10/08/2026

I like to give what the body needs. We will work together to give you the pressure you need. 💆🏼‍♀️

I didn't get into this work because I had it all figured out. I got into it because I needed it. I burned out, disconnected from my own body, and said yes to everything except myself.

Reiki, massage, coaching; every service I offer is something I first needed for myself before I ever offered it to a client.

If you're wondering whether the person doing your session actually understands what you're carrying, I do.

What brought you to this page today? I'd love to know.
