Today we’re celebrating TWO incredible team members on their 2-Year Amigo-versaries — Richard & Sean!! ✨👏🏼

Over the past two years, both of them have made such a meaningful impact through their dedication, compassion, leadership, and support for the families we serve every day 🧠

Richard brings amazing energy wherever he goes, always creating a welcoming environment, uplifting those around him, and showing so much passion for learning and growing in the ABA field as a Student Analyst 🎊

It’s early mornings, long drives, building connection through play, learning patience, finding joy in small moments, and still making time to pour back into yourself at the end of the day.

Some days are exhausting.
Some days are chaotic.
Some days are filled with laughter and little wins that make your whole week 🫶🏽
