Sometimes, people provide their "UN" constructive criticism. Spouses, soon to be "ex's" co-workers that suck, hate'n family members... Listen, seriously, "Clap Your Hands", sounds crazy, but there is a real live logic to it, in fact its a science fact. Not only does it throw them off their game (random), it throws your own thoughts from the travels down a dark dendrite path. You want to shake that s**t off, do it quick with a jumping jack, yeah, then walk away. Now your neurons are creating a new path, one where your now in the present, not the past, your doing you, (not them). And today is a perfect day for me to remember this tactic I found reading "The Elegant Universe" by Brian Greene..Happy March 21st (m-f-er)

Every thing has a time and place, mine is the dark moon, subtle energy works best for me now, to walk widdershins, and banish negativity, meditate, this is the time to release self-defeating thoughts, and let go of the past. Anything that’s gone wrong let it go, and when you do, you have the power of to move into the present renewed. I mean, tomorrow is the new moon, want to dust off the last couple weeks do it tonight 😘
