This rain felt like the perfect moment to share where Storm & Shelter comes from.

I grew up surviving things I didn’t have words for yet.
Feeling everything deeply.
Carrying everything alone.
Being strong before I ever got to be soft.
Repeating patterns I didn’t even recognize as patterns.

For a long time, life felt heavy…and I didn’t know why.

And then Cardology found me.
