This summer start your Fridays with intention, movement, and the beauty of nature. Join me for a peaceful sunrise yoga practice overlooking the stunning bluffs of Devil’s Lake. As the sun rises, we’ll move through a gentle, energizing flow designed to awaken the body, calm the mind, and set a positive tone for your day.

This all-levels class blends mindful movement, breathwork, and moments of stillness—perfect for both beginners and experienced yogis. Breathe in the fresh morning air, listen to the sounds of nature, and reconnect with yourself in this serene outdoor setting.

Fridays at 6:30 AM (📍North Shore)
