My apologies for not posting in a while! It’s been a busy summer!

I’ve just completed Master Level 4 Shadow Reiki.

Shadow Reiki is designed to address the unconscious, repressed, or "dark" parts of the psyche. Unlike traditional Usui Reiki, which primarily focuses on channeling high-vibrational universal light to restore balance, Shadow Reiki directly enters the "shadow side" of reality and the subconscious to clear heavy, stuck, or un-manifested negative energetic blocks.

The core focus is to recognize, face, and integrate hidden traumas in a Reiki healing session. This type of healing energy work goes straight into the heavy or hidden spaces of the subconscious to transform pain into personal power.
