🍊Orange fluff sugar free treat. 🍦
This is the recipe I started with (below). I’ve tweaked it over time and this is what I do now (and why):
Equal parts:
1 cup: Honey Vanilla Greek Yogurt. I use this specifically bc it contains real vanilla bean and real honey. Adds sweetness, without guilt.
1 cup: Zero Cool Whip BUT!!!! Cool Whip brand uses oil. 😕 I prefer to use Zero Sugar Redi Whip (the can in the dairy aisle). OR I make my own whipped Cream (I will make a separate post for this).
1/2- 3/4 packet Packet of Zero Sugar Jello powder. Any flavor you’d like! My favorite is the cheesecake. Blob some into your bowl, add dark chocolate chips, berries and more whipped cream (have you caught on to the fact that I’m obsessed with whipped cream yet!?) YUMMO
TIP: If you’re pressed for time, you can stir this, but it may be a bit grainy. I prefer to use my hand held blender for just a minute or two. Mixes the powder in so much better, for a smoother texture. I encourage you to play around with this. It took me a few tries to get it right, but once you do, it’s a GREAT hack. I have even taken this to parties and I made a chocolate silk pie with this recipe, for this past Easter. Enjoy! 🍓🍊🍋
