Looking for places to be this weekend?!

Saturday I will be at Atlantis Flew Away in Louisville at their fairy festival from 11-5! I’ll be doing reiki and readings and have a selection of my candles.

Sunday we’ll be at Restin' Holes in Willisburg from 11-8 for their middle earth fest! We’ll have ALL our candles and other items!

Today we have the six of pentacles reversed. This card warns you to beware of greediness or ingratitude, and reminds us that we can rise above such things! Avoid making rash or impulsive decisions, allowing yourself to be calm and collected when you make a choice-instead of doing it out of an emotional place that may not represent your truest desires.
To counteract the greed in the world right now, today show compassion and generosity-even if all you have to give is a shoulder for someone to cry on and words to comfort someone today. While they may not be grateful, or release what precious time this took away from other matters, play into gratitude yourself; thank them for opening up to you and let them know you do appreciate them coming to you, instead of acting on an intrusive belief or impulsive feeling.

It’s been a bit but I’m back with card of the day! Hopefully I can get back to doing these consistently 😁

Today’s card, Mystic Wonder, reminds you to enjoy the magic of every moment; just like the raccoon that took the heart of the internet, Jimothy. (No the card does not actually depict Jimothy, unfortunately.)
Life can be intense, life can be full of ups and downs-but the point is to live and not wallow in all that is wrong. Enjoy the time spent with your loved ones, human or otherwise, instead of worrying about every little detail of the future in every single moment. Spending time dwelling in the future and past may very well make you miss special moments because you weren’t in a present state of mind. Don’t go through life on autopilot.

NEW MOON REIKI THREAD!

FREEEEEEEEEEEEE GROUP REIKI!

The new moon is August 12th, with its peak being around 1:30 pm.

I would like to harness this new moon energy to pass along a little bit of reiki to everyone who is accepting of it.

If you are ready to receive reiki, please put an “I accept” in the comments of this post. This will be a group 15 minute reiki session, with the intention of bringing in new, revived energy to carry us through this moon cycle.

You do not need to be “present” to receive, only accepting. You can take some time later in the day to relax, and help your body process and integrate this energy. I will be sending at 12 pm eastern on Wednesday, August 12th.

If you are unfamiliar with what reiki is:

Reiki originated in Japan from Dr. Mikao Usui, and loosely translated to English means “universal life force energy.” As a reiki practitioner, I am merely a conduit for the energy, as I pull it into myself to send to you. It is not my energy that I am sending to you, but the universe! Reiki goes where it is needed, and no harm can be done with reiki.
