POTS is often overlooked, especially in complex chronic illnesses. Many doctors aren't taught about POTS in medical school, making it one of the most underdiagnosed and misdiagnosed conditions I see.

MCAS, POTS and hypermobility often present as a triad, and POTS is often part of the threat driving MCAS symptoms. The mistake most clinicians make is treating MCAS first. In my experience, the sequence that works is treating POTS first.
