We provide short and long-term skilled nursing care that helps older adults achieve true wellness.

Bastrop Lost Pines Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, part of the Wellsential Health network, is proud to serve the Bastrop, Texas community. As a non-profit organization, Wellsential Health is focused on strengthening the families and communities we care for. Services such as post-operative care, wound care, IV therapy, and our in-house rehabilitation team set us apart. Unlike facilities that con

tract therapy services, our in-house team provides continuity of care by allowing patients and residents to work with the same occupational, speech, and physical therapists throughout their stay, building trust and strong relationships along the way.

Due to a system-wide outage, our location's landlines are down. There is not a current estimated repair time. If you do not have a direct mobile number for a team member at the facility, please email [email protected], and we will provide a mobile phone number to reach your preferred location.

🌬️💙 Our Beat the Heat Fan Drive was a HUGE success! Thanks to the incredible generosity of our , we collected more than TWO-HUNDRED fans! We were able to provide Meals on Wheels with enough fans for every household in need, donate to the Bastrop Food Pantry, and provide 30+ fans to seniors in Bastrop County. What an amazing impact! 🙌

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who donated! We are incredibly grateful for everyone who helped us keep our neighbors cool this summer! ☀️
