WE’RE BACK. 🤍
Although, if we’re being completely honest, we never really went anywhere. We just got a little quiet on social media while life and business did what life and business tend to do.
There have been college moves, kids growing up, new opportunities, and a whole lot happening behind the scenes. And somewhere in the middle of all of that, posting on social media fell pretty far down the priority list. Getting out, taking care of people, and figuring out how to make what we do even better didn’t.
So, here’s the business update without making it unnecessarily complicated:
The larger organization we work with for our IV services (Mobile IV Nurses) recently went through a merger. With that came new medical direction, updated protocols, and a new intake process. There have been some growing pains while everyone learned new systems and got settled, but the end result gives us a stronger structure behind the IV side of what we do.
Lost Pines is still Lost Pines. I’m still here. You’re still getting the same local, personal care you’ve come to expect from us. The changes are mostly happening behind the scenes — and they allow me to keep doing what I love right here in our community, with solid medical oversight and support behind me.
Meanwhile, Ryan has officially started super secret squirrel school. 🤓 He’s taking a break from running IV calls while he focuses on school, so for now, you’ll be seeing a whole lot of me. He isn’t disappearing forever, though, and I’m incredibly excited to see where this next chapter takes him and eventually us.
And finally, thank you.
To everyone who has been patient through new intake links, new processes, changes behind the scenes, and the occasional “hang on, let me figure out where they moved that”… you have been absolutely wonderful.
Our little break was worth it.
We’ve grown. We’ve learned. We’ve made some changes.
And now we’re back. 🤍
