Respectfully… we need to retire the idea that lifting weights is “bad for your body.”
What actually makes people feel stiff, weak, and in pain long-term is lack of movement, not properly structured strength training.
Your body is built to move, load, and adapt. When you stop doing that, things start to break down — not when you start training.
I don’t feel my best when I’m doing nothing. I feel my best when I’m training consistently and moving with intention.
Movement is medicine. Avoidance is what keeps people stuck.
