Another Sunday in the studio, another full room for Restore & Reclaim. ✨🫶🏾

This class has become the most attended offering at the studio, and I think it’s a beautiful reminder that so many of us are craving spaces to slow down, breathe deeply, and be supported in community.

Restore + Reclaim is a 75 minute practice of moving slow, supported rest concluded with a soundbath

Thank you for continuing to show up for yourselves and for one another.🫂🙏🏾

Last month we practiced listening. 🌀

This month we explore what becomes possible when we begin trusting what we’ve heard. 🫂

Through rest, reflection, movement, and nervous system care, we’ll explore how growth can happen from a place of grounding rather than striving. This is rooted expansion. 🌻

This somatic series is an invitation to slow down, listen deeply, and reconnect to yourself. Each week builds upon the last, creating space to explore grounded growth, embodied awareness, and intentional return. ✨

While each class can be attended as a standalone experience, committing to the full series allows you to experience the practice over time. Together we’ll move through a monthly arc that supports deeper integration, consistency, and connection to self. 🏵️

for those purchasing the 4 class package, all sessions will be recorded and available for replay throughout the month, so you can continue your practice even if you’re unable to attend live each week.

Whether you join us for one class or the full journey, you are welcome here. 🫶🏾

June at Hmegrown is Rooted Expansion. 💛🌼

A month of grounding into the body, moving with intention, and creating space for what wants to grow. This season, we explore strength not as force but as steady presence, care, and return.🏵️

Through Root + Return, we’ll move through somatic practice and embodied awareness.

Through Sunward, we honor the summer solstice with a slow, intentional sun practice.🌞🌞🌞

Through Open Studio, we make space to simply be:
to rest, connect, sip tea, listen to music, and share presence in community.🍵🫖

This is your invitation into a slower kind of summer. One rooted in rhythm, connection, and expansion from within.🫶🏾

Welcome to June. 🌻✨

Most of us are introduced to yoga through movement.

The poses.
The sequencing.
The structure of a class.

And while that’s a part of the practice,
it was never meant to be the whole of it.

Yoga was cultivated as a holistic system.
A way of relating to the body, the breath, and the mind
with the intention of liberation.

Moksha.

But liberation from what?

From suffering.

Not always the loud, obvious kind.
But the quiet, everyday ways it shows up:

disconnection
numbness
pushing through
overriding what the body is asking for

A life lived slightly outside of yourself.

And this is where somatics begins to matter.

Because you can move through an entire flow
and still be disconnected.

You can hit every pose, every cue,
and still not feel anything at all.

Somatics brings you back into the experience.

Into the subtle.

Into sensation.

It shifts the focus from
“What does this look like?”
to
“What does this feel like?”

From performing the practice
to actually being in relationship with your body.

And sometimes, that relationship starts very simply.

Slowing down.
Pausing.
Noticing where you’re holding.

Not fixing it.
Just feeling it.

Because awareness over time
is what begins to soften the patterns
we’ve been carrying.

Not force.
Not perfection.

Just presence.

If this resonated, take a moment today to slow one movement down
and notice what’s there.

You might be surprised by what your body has been waiting to say.

Something new is beginning this Friday. ✨🤲🏾

The Third Space is a weekly somatic ritual: a space to slow down, listen inward, and move in a way that feels intentional and supportive.

This isn’t a typical yoga class, and it’s not just about rest.

It’s a practice of noticing.
Of feeling what’s actually happening in your body.
Of building strength, awareness, and connection over time.

Each month is held as a 4-week series, so the work can deepen rather than reset each week.

If you’ve been craving something more grounded, more intentional, or more connected, this is for you.

First session begins this Friday at 5:30 PM.

You can attend each class individually, but the series is where the shift happens.

Mala meditation is a beautiful way to anchor your mind, deepen your breath, and cultivate mindfulness
one bead at a time.🌿✨

Malas have 108 beads to represent sacredness, wholeness, and completion.

✨ In meditation practice, the 108 beads provide a rhythm for repetition each bead representing one breath, mantra, or intention until the cycle is complete.

In this Mala Meditation workshop, you will be guided through the history, intention, creation of your own mala and practice of using mala beads as a tool for mindfulness and meditation. 📿
