What a special day celebrating the ribbon cutting for LIFT! 🎉

It’s been incredible to watch this vision evolve—from GROW to LIFT—creating even more opportunities for health, wellness, and community here in Beaufort. I’m so grateful to be part of a team that believes in lifting others up, both inside and outside the gym.

A heartfelt thank you to the owner for taking a chance on a newly certified yoga instructor three years ago. That opportunity has led to friendships, growth, and the privilege of sharing yoga with this amazing community.

Here’s to the next chapter and all the lives that will be impacted along the way.

❌ Tuesday 6pm Yoga is cancelled this week as we celebrate the LIFT ribbon cutting! 🎉

🔥 Hot Yoga — Thursday at 7:00am

I’ll also be subbing for Sammie this week with Strength & Stretch—a feel-good blend of light weights and stretching to build strength, improve mobility, and leave you feeling refreshed.

A room built for strength… and a class that proves strength looks different for everyone.

Today, our Chair Yogis practiced standing Bird Dog—a pose that challenges balance, core stability, focus, and courage. Every participant met themselves exactly where they were, and that’s what yoga is all about.

I’m so proud of how this class has embraced our new space. Different surroundings. Same supportive community. Same commitment to growing stronger together. 💜
