Last Saturday, I had the pleasure of popping up at B&M FARMS in Silsbee. I left with 10lbs of their yummy blueberries and a bottle of blueberries juice! 🤤

I made some of the best blueberries muffins I have ever had!
I used Black Emmer ancient grain, which is a high protein flour from, Janiesmill.com
