💙 MEET SOME OF THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE HOPE! 💙
Today we're showing a little love to our Dodge, Jefferson & Columbia County crew!
Home care isn't for the weak. 😂 You need patience, compassion, flexibility, a strong stomach, a good GPS, the ability to change plans approximately 47 times before lunch—and MOST importantly, a really big heart. ❤️
And this crew has it.
💙 NOLAN — Mr. Dependable
The kind of guy you want on the schedule when you need someone to just get in there and GET IT DONE. Whether the day goes according to plan or completely off the rails, Nolan keeps rolling. 💪
💙 HOLLY — The Helping Hand
Caring, hardworking and always willing to help. Holly brings that calm, caring presence that can make someone's day just a little bit easier. ❤️
💙 LOLLA — Our Young Gun
Fresh out of high school and already learning that home care will teach you more about LIFE than any textbook ever could. 😂 We're so proud watching her grow, learn and find her place in the HOH family.
💙 LILLY — The RN Who Notices EVERYTHING 👀🩺
Caregiver, nurse, auditor and professional question-asker. 😂 If something doesn't look right, Lilly probably already noticed it. She keeps us on our toes and helps make sure our clients are getting the care they deserve.
💙 LISA — Our Steady Hand
The kind of person who understands that sometimes the little things ARE the big things. Showing up, helping out and making someone's day run a little smoother—that matters. ❤️
💙 DEBBIE — The Heart
Someone has to bring a little extra heart to the operation. ❤️ Debbie reminds us that caregiving isn't only about what gets checked off the list—it's about how you make someone feel while you're there.
💙 MARK — The Familiar Face 😊
There's something special about having a caregiver you know is going to show up, know the routine and understand the person behind the care plan. Mark brings that familiar, steady presence that can make a client feel comfortable in their own home. And in this line of work, sometimes simply being someone a person looks forward to seeing is a pretty BIG deal. 💙
💙 BROOKELYNN — The New Generation of HOPE
Bringing fresh energy and another caring heart to the team. We love watching our newer caregivers learn that sometimes the most important thing they'll do during a shift isn't on the task list at all. 💙
💙 MELISSA — Air Traffic Control ✈️😂
Technically she's running the office and scheduling... but let's call it what it really is: AIR TRAFFIC CONTROL.
"Where are you?"
"Can you cover?"
"Did you clock in?"
"WHO CAN GET THERE?!"
Somehow she keeps all the planes in the air. 😂❤️
💙 JANET — The OG
Experienced, dependable and someone who has probably encountered just about every possible caregiving situation at least once. 😂 When experience matters, we're lucky to have Janet helping lead the way.
💙 JENNI — The Get-It-Done Girl
There's always that person who walks into a situation, looks around and thinks, "Okay... where do we start?" 💪 That's the kind of attitude home care needs.
💙 KEVIN & KIM — The Dynamic Duo
Because apparently one awesome person wasn't enough. 😂❤️ Whether helping clients, helping the team or simply being willing to jump in, we're grateful to have this duo as part of HOH.
💙 KELLY — The One Who Keeps Us Grounded
Every team needs people behind the scenes and out in the field who remind us WHY we're doing all of this in the first place. Kelly has been part of the HOH journey through the good, the crazy and the "what in the world happened today?!" moments. 😂❤️
💙 BRE — Little but Mighty 💪
Don't underestimate her. 😂 Bre may walk through the door smiling, but she's ready to work. She brings energy, compassion and the ability to connect with the people she cares for—and that's something you can't teach.
💙 HENRY — Mr. Go-With-the-Flow
In home care, the plan at 8:00 AM and the plan at 8:07 AM may be two COMPLETELY different plans. 😂 Henry keeps moving, adapts and gets the job done.
💙 WYATT — Our Right-Hand Man
Ready to jump in, lend a hand and tackle whatever the day throws his way. Home care takes teamwork, and having someone willing to help makes ALL the difference. 💙
💙 CAITLIN — The Busy Bee 🐝
Moving from one client to the next, helping, cleaning, organizing, listening and somehow keeping the day moving. If you see Caitlin sitting still... take a picture because we're not sure it actually happens. 😂
Different ages. Different personalities. Different strengths. And probably VERY different opinions about what music should be playing in the car. 😂
But they share something pretty important:
THEY CARE. ❤️
They care about the people they serve. They notice when something isn't right. They celebrate the little victories. They listen to the stories. They laugh with our clients. They hold hands during hard moments.
And they continue showing up.
That's what makes HOH... HOH.
It's not the office.
It's not the shirts.
It's not the logo.
It's the PEOPLE.
So here's to Nolan, Holly, Lolla, Lilly, Lisa, Debbie, Mark, Brookelynn, Melissa, Janet, Jenni, Kevin, Kim, Kelly, Bre, Henry, Wyatt and Caitlin. 💙
