Due to new federal rules, some OHP members will need to renew more often and meet work or activity hours starting in 2027.

We understand that people have questions about what’s ahead. OHA is in the planning stages of how to put new federal rules into effect and keep people covered, to the greatest extent possible.

The transition back to school can be filled with a lot of emotions and difficulty. Help your kids in their transition by normalizing these emotions, creating rituals for comfort and confidence, and asking for extra support, when needed.

It can be difficult to set boundaries with your kids around social media and screen time. Start by setting an example with your own screen time and learning more about what other parents have put in place.

Have you checked out the little free library in our lobby? Thanks to it's been fully stocked with books for clients of all ages. Our free library is available for clients to donate to or borrow from - leave an old favorite book, and pick up a new one!

NCA is hosting our first Spirit Week! Join in the fun by dressing up next week, July 27-31. Wear your favorite color head to toe, dress up as your favorite character, or wear a throwback outfit - have fun with it!

NCA will be closed this Friday, July 3rd in observance of the July 4th holiday. Clients can reschedule their appointments by calling the front desk or reaching out directly to their clinician. The office will be open on Monday, July 6th as usual.
