I’m so excited to announce the return of this unique creative healing experience with a special one-day introductory workshop!

Join me on Wednesday, August 12, from 6:30–9:30 PM at The Soul Lift Studio for a mini introduction to the chakra system through creativity, mindfulness, and self-discovery.

During this immersive evening, you’ll:

✨ Explore how they influence your emotional, physical, and energetic well-being
🖌️ Express your insights through intuitive painting and creative reflection

No painting experience is necessary, this experience is about self-expression, not artistic ability.

A gentle reminder & reassurance, our dogs never join us during healing sessions. They’re always relaxing in their own safe, quiet space. They just wanted to sneak in for a photo before tonight’s session. 🐾💛

I am deeply honored to facilitate tonight’s private healing session.

Every time I have the privilege of holding space for someone, I’m reminded just how precious life truly is. Each moment prepares us for the next, and the only place we can ever truly be is here… in the present.

There was a time when I spent much of my life running from the present moment, always looking ahead, escaping, or searching for something outside of myself. Today, my practice is rooted in returning home to the now, anchoring into my breath, and finding peace in simply being.

It’s amazing how much healing can happen when we allow ourselves to be fully present. ✨🤍
