Happy Birthday, Connie!! 🎂 đŸŽˆđŸ„° 💓

It’s hard to believe four years have passed since you, Elizabeth, and Jessica started this journey together. Through every season of growth, change, and even motherhood, know that we are SO GRATEFUL for you and for the heart, care, and compassion you’ve brought to everyone at the BTRC from the very beginning.

We hope this year brings you so much joy, happiness, and love! Cheers to another trip around the sun! đŸ„‚đŸ’“

Codependency often develops as a way to create safety or maintain connection, especially for those who have experienced past trauma, abandonment, or inconsistent relationships.
