📢 New Way to Log In to the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal!

Beginning September 16, the security login used to access the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal will transition from DS Logon to myAuth. The MHS GENESIS Patient Portal itself is not changing, only the way you securely log in.

🔐 What is myAuth? myAuth is the new digital login that will replace DS Logon for accessing DoD websites and applications, including the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal. myAuth offers enhanced security features, including modern multi-factor authentication options, and a more streamlined login experience.

📅 Important Dates
Before Sept. 16: Continue using your DS Logon username and password to access the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal.

Sept. 16: Access to the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal transitions to myAuth.

Sept. 30: DS Logon will no longer support customers. All users must transition before this deadline.

When the 55th Medical Group is closed, knowing where to go for care can help you get the right care, at the right place, at the right time.

🟡 URGENT CARE
Urgent care is for a non-emergency illness or injury that needs attention before it becomes a serious risk to your health, but does not threaten life, limb or eyesight.

☎️ Not sure where to go after hours? Call the Nurse Advice Line FIRST!

The MHS Nurse Advice Line (NAL) is available 24/7 at 1-800-874-2273. A registered nurse can help determine the appropriate level of care, help locate an urgent or emergency care facility, and in some cases provide access to virtual urgent care.

🚨 EMERGENCY CARE
If your condition requires immediate medical attention or threatens life, limb or eyesight, call 911 or go to the nearest Emergency Room.

ACTIVE DUTY SERVICE MEMBERS
Active Duty Service Members enrolled in TRICARE Prime require a referral for civilian urgent care. The NAL can assist with after-hours urgent care needs and referrals.

📅 Friday, September 4 – Limited Services

📅 MDG Training Hours – September 2, 9, 16 & 30
The 55th Medical Group will open at 0730 and operate during normal business hours. Our regularly scheduled Wednesday morning training time (0700-0930) will not be observed on these dates.

📅 Wednesday, September 23 – Full Training Day Closure
The 55th Medical Group will be closed for training.

The 55th Medical Group is currently experiencing issues with our phone lines. At this time, calls to the 232-CARE line and direct clinic phone numbers may not connect.

EFMP Family Support is excited to offer a VIRTUAL workshop for our program orientation next month!

⚕️EFMP 101: An introduction to EFMP! This workshop will provide attendees with knowledge about the program and available support/resources while getting to learn about the three EFMP facets: family support, medical, and assignments. Attendees will be able to ask questions and get answers in real time. Join us on Friday, 24 July at 1 pm via TEAMS.
