Last week, Dr. Baker had the incredible opportunity to travel to Guatemala with the Pacific University College of Optometry to help provide eye exams and fit glasses for people in need. ❤️👓

It was such a meaningful experience to be able to help others see more clearly and improve their quality of life through the gift of vision. We are so proud of Dr. Baker and grateful for the opportunity to share this experience with you!

Last weekend, Dr. Mary Baker of Overlake Family Vision had the incredible honor of volunteering with Honor Flight Network, accompanying Veterans on a meaningful journey from Seattle to Washington, D.C. to visit the memorials built in their honor.

The mission of Honor Flight is simple but powerful:
“To celebrate America’s Veterans by inviting them to share in a day of honor at our nation’s memorials.”

Their vision is one we deeply admire:
“A nation where all of America’s Veterans experience the honor, gratitude, and community of support they deserve.”

This is Dr. Baker's fifth Honor Flight trip. We are so proud of Dr. Baker for giving her time and compassion to support these heroes and help create unforgettable memories for our Veterans. Thank you to all who have served our country. 🇺🇸❤️

We’re proud to share that Dr. Baker recently presented at Pacific Regent Senior Living, where she spoke on an important topic: Vision and Aging: Protecting Your Sight for Life.
During her talk, Dr. Baker discussed how vision changes over time, common age-related eye conditions, and practical steps to maintain healthy eyesight for years to come. It was a wonderful opportunity to connect with the community and help empower individuals with the knowledge they need to protect their vision.

Dr. Baker volunteered with Vallarta Cares on her most recent trip to Puerto Vallarta. She felt fortunate to be able to provide a hot meal to those in need. Through volunteers, the organization delivers thousands of meals, expands vital services, and uplifts those in need.
