The Wellness Path at NCK Bellingham Body-First Wellness Coach
Helping women recover, move & thrive. Massage • Movement • Coaching

The Wellness Path was established in 2020 by Mindy Ruddock.

The Wellness Path helps women understand, trust, and work with their bodies through recovery, movement, and practical guidance. Whether you're navigating pain, rebuilding strength, managing hypermobility, or simply ready to feel better in your body, you'll find support that's built around you—not a one-size-fits-all plan.

Two years ago, The Wellness Path found its brick-and-mortar home inside NCK Bellingham.

The business began in 2019, but having a space of its own gave it room to grow, evolve, and expand in ways I could not have fully imagined.

I am so grateful for every client who has trusted me, every person who has supported a new idea, and everyone who has helped The Wellness Path become what it is today.

Two years at NCK Bellingham. Seven years in business. Still growing, still evolving, and incredibly grateful for all of it.

I get it.

You’re not trying to become a professional athlete.

You just want to feel like you again.

Stronger. More comfortable in your body. More confident in what it can do.

You want training that fits your real life, not something that takes it over.

That’s exactly how I train.

Meet your body where it is. Build from there. Feel like yourself again.

Train with me.

07/29/2026

This is how you work with me.

We start with a conversation about what you are feeling, what you have tried, and what you want to be able to do. From there, I help you choose the best place to begin, whether that is massage, assisted stretching, movement coaching, personal training, or a combination.

You do not need to know exactly what to book before reaching out.

Send me a message or visit thewellnesspathnck.com to get started.

Now accepting personal training clients at The Wellness Path.

This is not about pushing through random workouts or trying to fit your body into someone else’s plan.

We start with where you are, how your body moves, what feels strong, what feels limited, and what you want to be able to do.

Your sessions may include strength training, mobility, corrective exercise, stretching, and recovery support, all working together in a plan built around you.

The goal is not just to work harder.

It is to move better, feel stronger, build confidence, and create progress that supports your real life.

Limited openings are available.

Message me to learn more or schedule your initial assessment.

I celebrate a lot of milestones, but this one feels a little different.

Today, M became the first person to say yes to training with me, 1 on 1, through The Wellness Path.

I don't think she's just saying yes to workouts. I think she's saying yes to the way I see people. Looking beyond where it hurts. Looking at how the whole body works together. Taking the time to understand before trying to fix.

That kind of trust is something I don't take lightly.

So thank you, M, for believing in me, for being willing to be first, and for letting me be part of your journey.

I have a feeling we're both about to learn a lot.

A little something new is finding its place at The Wellness Path.

These tea blends were created with the same philosophy that guides everything I do. Supporting your body doesn't stop when you leave your massage, stretching session, or class. Sometimes it continues with a quiet moment, a warm mug, and a few minutes to simply slow down.

Recover is my first blend, created to help you pause, breathe, and refill your cup.

Soon you'll also see Move and Thrive joining the shelf, each with its own purpose and flavor.

I'm excited to keep adding thoughtful products that support your wellness beyond our time together. One small habit at a time, because those are often the ones that make the biggest difference.

What kind of tea do you reach for most? Herbal, minty, floral, or something spicy?

Another great assessment today with someone who's new to The Wellness Path, but not new to me.

I've known him for a couple of years through the dojo. His kiddo trains with us, and over time he's become part of our adult classes too. You may have even heard me a time or two.or three.on his podcast.

Even when you know someone well, an assessment can tell a completely different story. The way we move, compensate, and adapt often reveals things we don't even realize are happening.

I'm looking forward to helping him move better, feel better, and build a body that supports everything he wants to do. Every assessment reminds me that no two people are the same, and that's exactly what makes this work so rewarding.

Day 5: Comfort Zones Are Meant to Be Tested
Last day of camp.

After a busy week of teaching, coaching, organizing, and cheering everyone else on, I made sure to practice what I preach.

I stepped outside my own comfort zone and did something I'd never done before.

I broke boards.
It wasn't about the boards.

It was about reminding myself that growth doesn't stop because we become the teacher. There is always something new to learn, something that makes us nervous, and something that asks us to trust ourselves.

This week wasn't about being perfect.
It was about preparing when I could, resting when I needed to, moving because it helped, and finishing by doing something that challenged me.

That's a week I'll gladly call a success.

Day 4: Move Because It Helps
Camp week is almost over.

Yesterday, I rested. Today, I move.
Not because I have to "burn off" lunch or make up for taking it easy.
I move because my body feels better when I do.

Some weeks the workout is long. Some weeks it's short. Some weeks it's just enough to remind my body that it's strong.

I've stopped chasing perfect.
Consistency looks different from week to week, and that's okay.

I'm still showing up. Just in the way my body needs today.
