One of the biggest misconceptions I hear is, "This pain just started."
Sometimes that's true. But often, pain is simply the first thing you notice.
Our bodies are incredibly good at adapting. They compensate for old injuries, stress, poor sleep, repetitive movement, and the demands of everyday life until they simply can't anymore.
That's why I ask about more than where it hurts. I want to understand what your body has been through, not just what it's feeling today.
