One of the biggest misconceptions I hear is, "This pain just started."

Sometimes that's true. But often, pain is simply the first thing you notice.

Our bodies are incredibly good at adapting. They compensate for old injuries, stress, poor sleep, repetitive movement, and the demands of everyday life until they simply can't anymore.

That's why I ask about more than where it hurts. I want to understand what your body has been through, not just what it's feeling today.

Gentle Warrior is a 6 week small group designed to help you build strength and stability, improve mobility, calm your nervous system, and move with more confidence without pushing your body past its limits.

This class is for women living with hypermobility, chronic pain, recovering from injury, managing autoimmune conditions, or simply looking for a gentler way to get stronger.

So many people wait until they feel ready, less sore, less tired, less overwhelmed, less unsure.

But what if the shift happens because you begin?
