Today was mediation day with my eSTRANGEd spouse. It ended quickly when the mediator stated the other party were not interested in a negotiation involving ME in these houses. Him though, he needs a place to stay???

So I again am being very heavily recommended finding an attorney ASAP
I need any compassionate attorney to assist a terminally ill patient about to be without a home. They could bill his side for the attorney fees. I’m totally broke.

I’m in Madison County. I’ve spoken with Caleb at Appelred and due to grant funding losses he was unable to represent me in a timely manner. after giving me good free advice about really needing council. A family court judge directed the local DV advocate to call me personally to deliver a message to obtain a lawyer and I needed to protect myself. Another legal professional advised me to separate myself from this man as soon as possible

I am an abuse survivor and currently in palliative care for an extremely rare terminal neurodegenerative disease which has progressed pretty quickly in the last year and a half

This shouldn’t be a messy divorce or any divorce but it’s unfortunately happened now. Sadder to know he won’t agree to let me hospice in either house to do palliative care in my own bed. To me that’s a cruel thing for a stranger and no one I would ever want to share with period.

Symptoms of active psychosis and delusions sadly seem present but that’s what happens without proper care. The likelihood of subsequent and more frequent and severe episodes of psychosis and not seeking treatments prescribed by medical professionals plus seeking online miracle cures like “mommy’s miracle” delivered from Amazon wrapped in aluminum foil to protect from EMF is not indicative of a healthy mind

Can anyone please recommend local divorce and family law attorneys in Berea or Richmond area but would use Lexington area attorneys to get my family help before we’re tossed in the street without warning.

Sorry I’ve not had enough time to keep forward motion here. Between court and medical appointments and fighting the systems I’m not left with time for myself. I’ve not given up on this project I’m just running behind.
I’m going to try to practice oral story telling as therapy and I’m thinking of trying to do a short video to share as often as I can. I’m looking forward to sharing

I have rare disease that keep me mostly in bed. I want to feel a part of my community and have people to complain with. I also want to share resources so we work together and work smarter as a team to help people here at home
