Something exciting is taking shape at Aristocrat Berea! 🛍️
What was once an old office is being transformed into a brand-new resident store thanks to the creativity and hard work of our Activities Director, Khris, and Activities Aide, Audrianna.
The new store gives residents the opportunity to browse, shop, and enjoy an experience that feels familiar and independent, just like visiting a favorite neighborhood shop. In fact, residents have already been lining up before opening time, excited to see what’s inside!
The shelves are being stocked with sweet treats, crunchy snacks, frozen goodies, and plans are already underway to add personal care items, jewelry, and more. Residents are even helping choose a name for the store, making it truly their own.
Khris has spent the last 12 years serving in long-term care and is now stepping into his first role as Activities Director. His passion for creating meaningful experiences shines through in everything he does, from launching this new store to starting Aristocrat’s very first Poetry Club. As a published poet himself, he’s bringing plenty of creativity and fresh ideas to our community.
We can’t wait to watch this special space continue to grow. Stay tuned for the big reveal of the store’s official name! 💛
