Some days therapy is hard work, but some days it's celebration time! Its important to pause, reflect and celebrate the growth that has occurred. Today was one of those days. Some growth happened in 6 months and some growth took 6 years, yet positive life change happened!

Soar Counseling got so much joy picking out these school supplies to support the work of Life Together with Abby and Andy Lehman.
They give out free school supplies to help ease the financial burden of sending kids back to school. They are still in need of back packs and pop top water bottles.

Giving is good for our mental health.

The holidays can be hard — you don’t have to grieve alone. Join us for our annual Blue Christmas Service on December 17 at 7 PM in the Fellowship Hall.
Led by therapist Kim Baer from Soar Counseling, this reflective service offers space for both grief and hope in the Christmas season.
