Meet Roger, one of the originals of our Rock Steady Boxing family!🥊💙

Roger has been fighting back with us since 2018 as one of our founding members, bringing his determination, positive energy, and signature sense of fun to every class.

And after more than seven years of boxing together, it’s only fitting that he has a signature move of his own. Around here, Roger’s backhand hits have become so iconic that we simply call them “The Roger.” 👊😄

But what we love most are the years of friendships, laughter, hard work, and memories we’ve shared along the way.

Roger, we’re so grateful you’ve been part of this community from the very beginning. Keep fighting back, keep making us smile, and most importantly, keep throwing “The Roger!” 💙🥊

Today, we’re celebrating the hard work, dedication, and compassion of the incredible people who make a difference in our community every day.

We’re especially grateful for our amazing Dynamic team, who show up each day with a shared commitment to helping our patients move better, feel stronger, stay independent, and live life to the fullest. 💪💙

💙 Date night with our Parkinson’s community! 💙

Lindsay and Jen had such a wonderful evening with some of our amazing couples, trading our usual boxing clothes for a night out filled with great food, conversation, laughter, and connection. 🥊➡️🍽️✨

One of our favorite things about this community is seeing the friendships formed through Rock Steady Boxing and our programs extend far beyond the gym. These moments of connection and camaraderie are such an important part of what makes our Parkinson’s community so special.

A huge thank you to Brightview Devon for hosting us and providing such a beautiful setting and wonderful meal. We’re incredibly grateful for community partners who help us create opportunities to connect, support one another, and make memories outside of our classes and support groups.

We love our Parkinson’s community and the partners who continue to support it! 💙

As a PT, I don’t take my mom just anywhere when it comes to finding the right sneakers! 👟

I’ve been wearing myself and love the combination of comfort, support, and one of my favorite features—the hands-free design. So when Mom needed new sneakers, we headed to the Kizik store at King of Prussia Mall to try them on in person.

Why do I love the hands-free option as both a PT and a daughter?

For many of the people we work with, something as simple as putting on a pair of shoes can become challenging. Difficulty bending, decreased balance, stiffness, weakness, or changes in mobility can all make getting shoes on and off harder than it needs to be.

Being able to step right into your sneakers can make one small part of the day a whole lot easier—and we are always fans of finding ways to support independence and keep people moving.

Of course, the right shoe and fit are different for everyone, which is another reason I loved being able to take Mom to the store and have her try them on herself.

And one more reason has been on our radar: Kizik has also supported the Parkinson’s community as a national sponsor of Parkinson’s Foundation Moving Day events. We love seeing companies support a community that means so much to us at Dynamic.

Mom found hers…and I may have found another pair too!

We loved celebrating our very own PT, Cassie as she gets ready for her big day! 💍🤍

It was a beautiful evening at Barnaby’s in Havertown—perfect weather, great conversation, lots of laughs, and plenty of snacks as we showered the bride-to-be!

Wishing Cassie so much happiness as the wedding day gets closer. 🥂✨
