📚 Schools back in session!! ✏️🚌 🍎 Did you know that School counselors play a vital role in the lives of students and their future? 🤔 If you think about it, school counselors serve as the “first touch” for students, parents and families. 💭 They are considered the first wise counsel sought within the school setting for guidance and resources outside of and in addition to academic needs. 🏫 The first trusted source of guidance, support, and encouragement. For many young people, their school counselor is their first experience with seeking counsel during life’s challenges, transitions, and important decisions. 🎒The impact of school counselors extends far beyond academics—they help build confidence, resilience, emotional well-being, and hope for the future. Client feedback is a beautiful reminder of why I do this work. 🪡 I’m deeply grateful to every client who has trusted me, the team and practice with 1. their story, 2. allowed themselves to be vulnerable, and 3. had the courage to face the hard things (things that feel impossible some days to overcome) that may be difficult to say out loud. 🌸

Healing requires honesty, courage, and vulnerability. Thanks again for choosing to share a part of your heart with me. 🌱

The biggest flex is seeing clients overcome the thoughts, feelings, patterns, cycles, behaviors, relationships, jobs and/or lifestyles they thought they couldn’t. 🤍

If you’re new here HI! 👋 My name is Jennifer Bruno and I am a Latina Christian therapist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), and the owner of Fruitful Seeds Counseling, LLC, located in Bethlehem, PA. 📍 To me, Counseling is an act of courage! 💪🏽 It’s the willingness to be vulnerable with me, but even more importantly, to be honest with yourself. It’s choosing to believe that there can be hope, solutions, and relief, even when you feel stuck. 💡

My approach to therapy is faith-based, compassionate, strengths-focused, and client-centered. I believe therapy should provide a safe space where you can be heard, understood, challenged, and empowered to grow. 🌻

My therapeutic work incorporates Narrative Therapy, Strength-Based Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and attachment-informed approaches, while exploring relationship patterns, attachment styles, people-pleasing, codependency, self-esteem, identity, grief and loss, and the ways our past experiences can influence our present relationships. 👏🏾

As a Christian therapist, I also integrate biblical principles, prayer, Scripture, and spiritual reflection when clients desire faith to be part of their healing journey. 🛐 Together, we work to identify the roots of what’s keeping you stuck—not just manage the symptoms. Then, we develop practical skills and tools to help you move forward, heal, and create meaningful change. You don’t have to stay stuck! 🙌🏼

🚨 Forgiveness isn’t saying what happened was okay it’s A CHOICE to NOT let the pain continue to control your heart. ❤️

Roots of Unforgiveness can quietly grow deep into bitterness, resentment, anxiety, and broken relationships. Forgiveness, on the other hand, creates space for healing, peace, and freedom.

Forgiveness ain’t easy, it’s a process and every step toward it is a step toward healing. ❤️‍🩹
