A reminder about our NEW Communication Support Group! 💙 First group meets on Tuesday, September 15th!

Sometimes the hardest part of dealing with a communication difficulty is feeling like you're the only one experiencing it.

This group is an opportunity for adults with communication difficulties to come together in a welcoming, supportive environment.

Whether you have difficulty expressing yourself, finding the words you want to say, or understanding others, you are welcome.

And you don't have to come alone...friends and family are welcome to attend as well!

Or maybe you sometimes find it difficult to understand what someone else is saying, especially in a busy conversation?

Communication difficulties can look different for everyone.

I’m excited to announce something new! 💙

I’m starting a Support Group for Adults with Communication Difficulties at the Davenport Public Library – Eastern Branch!

When someone has difficulty communicating, it can affect many areas of life. Some people may have trouble finding the right words or making their speech clear, while others may have difficulty understanding what others are saying. These challenges can sometimes make social situations, conversations, and everyday communication feel frustrating or isolating.

This new group will provide a welcoming, supportive space to connect with others who also experience communication difficulties.
