Anything that is incomplete, will repeat.
Let's do that again.
Anything that is incomplete, will repeat.

Time heals nothing.
Ignoring & sweeping under the rug may lighten uncomfortable emotions in the moment, but the only way to get to the other side of something is straight through it!

Fear, division, resentment, and harm do not vanish because time passes. Left unexamined, they simply lie in wait. Dormant until life conditions bring them forward again.

Ever notice that?
How unhealed issues with parents, siblings, or friends, pop up in bosses, co-workers, and lovers???

Anything that is incomplete, will repeat.

Is it time to address something? Time to feel it fully. Breathe into it. Acknowledge it. Is anything there for your soul's highest good, greatest growth? If so, what might it be?

Notice if there are any next step that could be helpful. Write a letter that you don't send- say everything. Get it out. Then rip it to smithereens and throw it away. Plant something to honor what you are releasing. Say a prayer. Practice forgiveness. Create a ceremony of release.

And if it's all too much, give it to God.
Give it to Pachamama, Mother Earth.
Let her mulch it and return it to what it always really was, pure usable source energy.

You are significant.
You matter.
You came to make a difference.
You came to BE the difference.

So easy to wander, to stall out or waver.
Easy to get bogged down doubting, questioning our value, our place, whether what we have to offer really matters...

There are so many times I thought about not speaking or writing any more- that voice inside saying, 'There are already so many speakers... who needs another one...'

But beneath all the noise is a deeper truth.

Who you are is already worthy.
Already lovable.
Already necessary.
Not once you accomplish more.
Not once you become perfect.
Now.

I used to have a recurring nightmare that I was late and had to rush out on stage unprepared. I wasn't dressed for the stage, hair and make-up were not done. That dream was a nightmare because I was vulnerable, unprepared, unmasked.

Last night I dreamt that I was late to go on stage. I wasn't in my fancy dress, no make-up, didn't know my lines, but in the dream- even though it was not ideal and I was completely stressed- I knew that something wonderful was going to come through. I knew it was going to be authentic, real, true, and needed.
That's growth.

When we decide to decide that simply by virtue of being here, we have something to offer, life steps up and responds accordingly. You are here to create, contribute, heal, imagine, rebuild, express, and serve in whatever way is uniquely yours.

It just needs your YES!
Your yes magnetizes divine-right people, places, and circumstances to you.
No one else can bring your exact energy, vision, or voice into this world. Humanity is like a great big mosaic. Every piece is needed to complete the whole. Every piece matters.
You matter.
As long as there is breath in your body you are still here on a mission.
What is yours to BE today?

Do you let it wreak havoc?

There’s something powerful about reconnecting with the part of us that came before the expectations, the labels, and the stories we learned along the way.

If that younger version of you were sitting in front of you right now, what would they need to hear? Maybe not advice. Maybe not correction. Just reassurance. Presence. A sense that they’re not alone in this life. You've got them.

Sometimes healing begins with a simple shift. Becoming the one who stays. The one who reminds that younger self, again and again, you are worthy, you are loved, you are lovable, and you, BELOVED, are enough!

So much of life is built around reaching, proving, and measuring. Hitting marks. Meeting expectations. Trying to be enough. Never fully feeling enough. Going for more. Doing more. An endless, exhausting loop.

But what if worth isn’t something we arrive at? What if it’s the starting point? A baseline that doesn’t shift based on performance, validation, or outcomes.

From that place, action doesn’t stop. It changes. It becomes an expression instead of a requirement. Not something we do to be enough, but something that flows from already being enough.

Practice the following affirmation and notice how your interactions and experiences shift:
I AM.
I AM LOVED.
I AM LOVABLE.
I AM WORTHY.
I AM ENOUGH.

Yes, you are!

There’s a difference between learning something and knowing it. There's a difference between talking about a thing and being it!Practice matters.
Repetition matters.
But at some point, there must be embodiment.
This requires a conscious decision. A choice. What am I now saying yes to? What am I now saying no to?

When that shift happens, you stop second-guessing every move. You act with clarity. You trust the shot you take. Not because you’re guaranteed an outcome, but because you’re grounded in something deeper than doubt. You are rooted in truth. Your truth.
What is true about you?
What is in alignment with you?
What is a full-bodied YES for you right now?

Living this way doesn’t mean having all the answers.
It means trusting that your life is working with you, not against you. And when that trust becomes steady, your choices reflect it.

Play with this mantra for the week and notices how things (you!) shift!
I TRUST MY LIFE.
I TRUST THAT MY LIFE IS FOR ME.

When you feel nervousness or worry about someone else, lean into these mantras:
I TRUST THEIR LIFE.
I TRUST THAT THEIR LIFE IS FOR THEM.

When you shift your energetic frequency from fear to fierceness, the universe responds accordingly. As a game, practice the above affirmations for one full week and be on the hunt for positive shifts- let me know what it's like when your daily response to all things is:
I TRUST MY LIFE.
I TRUST THAT MY LIFE IS FOR ME. NOW. ALWAYS. FOREVER!!
