What an awesome painting team we had! It is amazing what can get accomplished with so many great volunteers!

We are one week closer to being able to move into our new counseling space! The office has five awesome therapists moving in and there are four other spaces ready to be leased (all filled with plenty of natural light and a good amount of Square Footage!). Feel free to reach out if you or anyone you know would like a tour! We will hopefully be in the office by June!

Hopefully I don't sound too old fashioned here...but, kids+unsupervised phone time = disaster. I don't have all of the solutions, but here is an article I wrote on helping your kids navigate the digital part of their life. The key is parents/caregivers being informed, honest, and open in how they communicate with their kids on this issue. Hope you enjoy the read!

A little bit about me. I am a husband and father. I love exploring and seeing the world through my kids’ eyes. I love to learn, and am known to try a new hobby every few months. Some of my current favorite hobbies are turkey hunting, outdoor cooking, training my 6 month old golden retriever, and rock collecting.
