NDSBA is excited to announce that award-winning keynote speaker and mental performance coach, Dr. Cindra Kamphoff, will be the featured keynote speaker at the 2026 NDSBA Annual Convention on Thursday, October 8.

Cindra is the owner of the Mentally Strong Institute, a firm that provides coaching to leaders and athletes. She has provided mental training for the Minnesota Vikings, and the U.S. Olympic Track and Field Team.

Cindra will deliver a message from her upcoming book, The Confidence Habit: 7 Core Practices to Transform Self-Doubt into Self-Belief.

In her engaging keynote, you'll discover the seven research-backed practices that build durable, lasting confidence. You'll leave with practical mental performance tools to strengthen your own confidence, respond effectively to adversity, and create a culture where people have the confidence to contribute, lead, and thrive.
