Here is one of the strongest points of agreement in our statewide survey: 81% of North Dakotans say schools should continue requiring vaccines that prevent fast-moving and deadly diseases.

Support is strong across our state, and 90% of adults age 65 and older agree.

These findings show that when it comes to protecting children and keeping schools healthy, North Dakotans still share meaningful common ground.

• 85% agreed receiving safe and effective vaccines helps protect them and others in their community
• 82% agreed getting vaccinated is one way to protect family and those closest to them
• 84% agreed vaccines protect the public from disease

These numbers reflect something important: people across our state care deeply about keeping family, neighbors, and communities healthy.

North Dakota has spoken.

In a statewide survey of 400 adults, most North Dakotans said vaccines are important to society, effective, and safe.

85% say vaccines are important
83% say vaccines are effective
80% say vaccines are safe

These findings remind us that across our state, people want healthy families, strong communities, and access to the tools that help prevent serious illness. We're proud to keep building a healthier North Dakota together.
