Today can hold many different emotions.

Grief, anxiety, sadness, anger, fear—or something you can’t quite put into words. There is no single way you’re supposed to feel, and you don’t have to force yourself to move past whatever comes up.

Give yourself space to acknowledge what you’re feeling and care for yourself in the way you need today. That may mean limiting news or social media, connecting with someone you trust, or taking a quiet moment for yourself.

And if you need more support, you don’t have to process difficult emotions alone. Breathable can help you find a therapist who can meet you where you are. 🤍 If this sounds like what you need, you can learn more at LiveBreathable.com

Self-care isn’t one-size-fits-all. 🤍

This Self-Care Awareness Month, we’re expanding the definition beyond the things that simply feel good in the moment. Setting boundaries, prioritizing rest, asking for support, and making space for your mental health can all be meaningful forms of care.

And sometimes, self-care can look like talking to someone. Breathable makes it easier to find a therapist who fits your needs, schedule, and goals.

There’s a lot of conversation happening right now about maternal mental health.

And while a heartbreaking case has brought much of that conversation to the surface, we don’t want to speculate about an ongoing trial or reduce an unimaginable tragedy to a social media post.

But the conversation matters.

We normalize so much in motherhood: exhaustion, anxiety, overwhelm, not feeling like yourself. Sometimes those experiences are part of adjusting. Sometimes they’re a sign that someone needs more support.
And struggling doesn’t always look like struggling.

Someone can care for her children, go to work, answer texts and appear completely fine while knowing something doesn’t feel right.

We need to ask more than, “How’s the baby?”
Ask “How are you?” And create space for the real answer.

That’s why Breathable exists: to make finding qualified mental health support feel less overwhelming, without waiting until things feel “bad enough.”

If a mother comes to mind while reading this, check in.
Not just on the baby. On her. 🤍

Not sure if what you’ve been feeling lately is something worth looking into? Checking in with yourself can be a good place to start🧡

Breathable’s new depression screening is a quick, confidential way to reflect on how you’ve been feeling and better understand whether additional support may be worth exploring.

Take the screening at the link in bio, see your results, and explore your next steps with Breathable.

Note: This screening is not a diagnosis and does not replace an evaluation by a licensed healthcare professional.

At Breathable, we believe therapy should be centered around you—your goals, your therapist, and the care that feels right for your life.

That’s one of the reasons we offer a private-pay model. For many people, it means greater flexibility, more choice when finding the right therapist, and the option to keep insurance separate from the payment process if they prefer. It isn’t about one approach being better than another—it’s about giving you the freedom to choose what works best for you.

If you’ve ever wondered what private-pay therapy actually means or who it might be a good fit for, swipe through to learn more.

When you’re ready to take the next step, Breathable can help you connect with a licensed therapist who fits your needs. Visit LiveBreathable.com to get started 🧡
