What We Use - After careful consideration and many requests from our practice members, I will be starting to post what we use in our own home. Questions are always welcome!
So this pasta and this sauce (spicy but they make regular ones too) are the cleanest we could find. (clean to us means fewest number of real ingredients, little to no unnecessary preservatives, colors or flavors and tested for heavy metals, container safety etc. There are a few others we can use, but here is what we bought last week.
